每个项目都交齐三份：论文问题清单、材料核对表、整改时间表，HTML、PDF、DOCX 三种格式。哪些项目、排什么顺序、各到哪一步，都在给负责老师的汇总表里。Each project's full delivery includes the M1 / M2 / M3 set in three formats (HTML / PDF / DOCX); the roster, queue order, and summary views live in the coordinator deliverables.

“几个项目一起查”是什么意思What "batch" actually means

这一档就是几个项目一起查（batch）：一份合同管一年，学校名单上的项目挨个跑完整流程，该查一次的查一次，该反复查的反复查。名单、顺序和汇总表由我们统一维护。This tier runs as batch: multiple projects under one contract, looped across the roster over one year — each project gets the full delivery flow (equivalent to its own once / repeat), with the roster, queue order, and coordinator summary maintained centrally.

另外两档不一样：预检是查一次（once），查一遍、交一套报告、归档封存；赛季版是改一版查一版（repeat），一个项目查一个赛季。机构学校版等于把赛季版铺到学校全部项目上，再帮老师把总账管起来。For contrast: once is the Preflight tier — one run, one delivery, sealed archive; repeat is the Season tier — one project audited repeatedly across a season. The School & Institution tier spreads repeat across your whole portfolio and adds the management layer.

人工复核包含在内：没复核完，不交付Standard, not an add-on: no review, no delivery

三档里只有机构学校版把人工复核包含在内：每份报告交出去之前，必须有带过丘奖学生的教练看过，签上复核人、日期、结论、问题有没有改完。复核记录没填完，这份报告就不算交付。记录只能人来填，系统不代填。The School & Institution tier is the only tier where human review is standard: it is a mandatory step for every delivery. Until a human has completed the review record (reviewer, date, verdict, closure confirmation), that delivery may not be marked complete. Review records are written by humans only — never auto-filled.

该选与不该选When to choose it, and when not to

学校同时有几个丘奖项目，需要统一看进度、风险和逾期：这一档合适。负责老师希望每个项目单独查、又需要一张总表安排工作的；学校不想收集过多学生个人信息、愿意只用代号和非敏感字段推进管理的；明确要求每份报告交出前都有人工复核的，都合适。If your school runs several Yau projects at once and needs one view of progress, risk and overdue items, this is the tier. It fits coordinators who want each project checked on its own and still need one table to plan the week; schools that prefer to manage with student codes and non-sensitive fields only; and schools that require human review on every delivered report.

只有一个学生一个项目的，通常不该上机构学校版，赛季版或预检更合适；只是想让学生先用免费清单做基础自查的，也不用直接买；希望把学生姓名、生日、联系方式都交进系统统一管理的，这一档反而不合适，名册只收代号和非敏感字段。One student, one project? School is usually the wrong size — Season or Preflight fits better. Want students to start with the free checklists? Do that first, no purchase needed. And if the school hopes to hand over names, birth dates and contact details for central management, this tier won't take them — rosters hold codes and non-sensitive fields only.

四步，从来信到交付Four steps from first email to delivery

1. 来信或者直接联系
   Write in学校的负责老师来信，说明单位、项目数量和学科分布；注明想了解“机构学校版”。The school / program coordinator writes in with the institution, project count, and subject spread, requesting "School."
2. 资格确认Eligibility confirmation我们回信确认名额和合同范围（项目名单、材料保留和导出的约定），年度价格也在回信里定下来。We confirm availability, contract scope (roster, retention and export terms), and the annual price by email.
3. 材料收取Materials intake建项目名单，给每个项目把九个关口的记录建起来，收各项目材料。材料只在本地处理，不会用于训练模型。We set up the roster and per-project gate baselines, and collect each project's materials. Processed locally only; never used to train models.
4. 交付Delivery按名单逐个项目交付，每份报告都有教练复核过才交；汇总表随每批交付更新。Deliveries proceed down the queue, each report human-reviewed before release; the coordinator view updates with each batch.
