论文写完或快写完，提交日子越来越近。这个阶段出问题的，常常不在研究本身：报告的 PDF 格式、致谢页、查重报告和做查重的时间、诚信声明、导师信息表、AI 使用说明和聊天记录、伦理文件。Your paper is finished or nearly so, and the submission window is closing in. What trips projects up at this stage is rarely the research itself — it's the hard non-content requirements: report PDF format, acknowledgements-page elements, plagiarism-check ratio and timing, the integrity declaration, mentor information forms, AI-use disclosure and chat-log retention, ethics documents. Students and parents rarely catch all of these on their own, and by the committee's materials review it is too late.
预检做的就是一件事：正式提交之前，把论文、表格、声明、附件逐项对照官方要求看一遍。查出的每个问题都标明有多要紧，最后合成一张表：什么事、谁来补、几号之前、补到什么程度算完。The Preflight Report does exactly one thing: before you formally submit, it walks your full package — paper, forms, declarations, attachments — item by item against the committee's checklist, ranks every gap by disqualification risk, and merges everything into one table of who fixes what, by when, and how "fixed" is verified.

每份都有 HTML、PDF、DOCX 三种格式。Every delivery includes the M1/M2/M3 set — missing any one means the delivery is incomplete. All three ship in HTML, PDF, and DOCX.
这一档就是为这一次提交查一遍，交一套报告（once）。
交付之后归档封存，我们不再改动；之后材料改了想再查，按新的一次算，新目录、新日期、另外收费。如果估计论文还要改好几轮，赛季版通常比买几次预检划算。This tier runs as once (single delivery): one run produces exactly one delivery — one report set for this one submission. After delivery, the archive is sealed and treated as read-only; if you revise your materials and want another pass, that is a new delivery with a new folder, date, and fee.
另外两档不一样：赛季版是改一版查一版（repeat），同一个项目整个赛季反复查，整改表在原表上更新；机构学校版是几个项目一起查（batch），按学校的名单一个一个查过去。For contrast: repeat is how the Season tier works — the same project audited again and again across the season, with the action table updated in place; batch is the School & Institution tier's — the full delivery flow run project by project down a roster. If you expect several revision rounds, the Season tier usually beats buying multiple preflights.
这一档的人工复核是加购项。加购之后，报告先出“待人工复核”版，由带过丘奖学生的教练看过，在报告末尾写上复核人、日期、结论、问题有没有改完，才算交付；没加购，报告摘要里会如实写明“未含人工复核”。Human review is an optional add-on at this tier. With the add-on, deliverables first ship as "pending human review" and are only complete once a human fills in the review record (reviewer, date, verdict, closure confirmation) at the end of the report. Without it, the delivery summary honestly states "no human review included." Review records are written by humans only — never auto-filled.

材料已经备得差不多，论文、说明都有了，只差提交前有人把关一次：这一档合适。学生已经做完主要工作、家长担心最后漏项的家庭，或者已经有人在盯项目、只需要一个外部检查把问题整理成清单和时间表的，都合适；预算有限、暂时不需要整个赛季陪跑的家庭，也适合这一档。If the materials are largely ready — paper, statements, attachments — and all you want is one careful pass before submission, this is your tier. It fits families where the student has done the real work and the parents worry about a last-minute omission, and projects that already have someone watching them but need an outside check that turns loose ends into a checklist and a schedule.
反过来，有四种情况不该选：选题、数据、论文还没成形的，这不是从零辅导项目的服务；想有人长期盯着九个比赛流程关口、从选题陪到答辩的，它只查一次，去看赛季版；最关心数据、代码、图表来路是否可靠的，这项检查不在这一档里；想买获奖判断或「内部信息」的，这些做不到，也不能做。Four situations where you should not choose it: the topic, data or paper haven't taken shape yet — this is not a from-zero coaching service; you want someone tracking all nine gates from topic to defense — this tier checks once, see the Season tier; your main concern is whether data, code and figures hold up — that audit is not in this tier; or you're hoping to buy a verdict on winning or some "inside view" — we can't do that, and won't.
