From topic selection and proposal through data collection, paper drafting, materials submission, and the regional and final defenses, each stage has its own traps: topic collisions with the award archive, research designs that don't hold, data–figure mismatches, undocumented AI use, a botched acknowledgements page, a defense that collapses after three follow-up questions. Checking once is not enough — every revision round can bring old problems back and new ones in.

The nine-gate ledger shows which gate you're stuck at and what to do next. In the season's second half, defense simulation runs in regional / final modes, and the reproducibility audit traces where your data, code, and figures actually came from.

每一轮都交齐三份：论文问题清单、材料核对表、整改时间表，HTML、PDF、DOCX 三种格式。以前各轮的报告全部留档，不删。Every full delivery round includes the M1 / M2 / M3 set in three formats (HTML / PDF / DOCX); all past rounds stay archived, never deleted.
这一档就是改一版查一版（repeat）：同一个项目，一个赛季里论文每改一轮，问题清单和核对表重出一遍，整改表在原表上更新；以前各轮全部留档。范围是一个项目，中途换项目、加项目不在这一档里。This tier runs as repeat: one project, run again and again within one season. After each revision round, M1 / M2 re-run and M3's status column updates in place; every past round stays archived. The scope is one project — switching or adding projects is outside this tier.
另外两档不一样：预检是查一次（once），查一遍、交一套报告、归档封存；机构学校版是几个项目一起查（batch），按学校的名单一个一个查过去。For contrast: once is how the Preflight tier works — one run, one delivery, sealed archive; batch is the School & Institution tier's — the full delivery flow run project by project down a roster.
这一档的人工复核是加购项。加购之后，报告先出“待人工复核”版，由带过丘奖学生的教练看过，写上复核人、日期、结论、问题有没有改完，才算交付；没加购，报告摘要里会如实写明“未含人工复核”。复核记录只能人来填，系统不代填。Human review is an optional add-on at this tier. With it, deliverables ship as "pending human review" and are only complete once a human fills in the review record (reviewer, date, verdict, closure confirmation). Without it, the delivery summary honestly states "no human review included." Review records are written by humans only — never auto-filled.

确定要认真走一个丘奖项目，希望从选题到答辩都有连续记录和阶段性检查：这一档合适。项目周期长、希望有人帮着把节奏拉住的，学生有主动性但需要外部反馈不断修正论文、材料、数据和答辩准备的，都合适。If the student is committed to a full Yau season and you want every stage from topic to defense on record with periodic checks, this is the tier. It fits long project cycles where someone needs to hold the rhythm, and self-driven students who still need outside feedback to keep correcting the paper, the materials, the data and the defense prep.
不该选的情况也说清楚：材料已经全备好、只差提交前一次把关的，预检更匹配；学校有多个项目要一起管的，一份合同只覆盖一个项目，去看机构学校版；学生本人不愿意改、只希望别人替他把论文和答辩准备好的，哪一档都不代写，帮不上。When not to choose it: materials all ready and you only need one pre-submission pass — Preflight is the better match; a school managing several projects — one contract covers one project, see the School & Institution tier; a student unwilling to revise, hoping someone else will finish the paper and the slides — no tier ghostwrites, so we can't help.
钱在这一档买到的是稳定的检查节奏、清楚的状态记录、完整的赛季执行轨迹；买不到的，是学生自己的研究过程。要改的内容、要解释的选择、要承担的学术责任，始终在你自己身上。What the money buys here is a steady checking rhythm, a clear record of state, and a complete season log. What it cannot buy is the student's own research. The revising, the explaining, the academic responsibility stay with you.
还有两样，不论哪个档位、花多少钱，都不提供：替你写研究计划、摘要、论文或答辩 PPT，以及预测能不能获奖。And what no tier has at any price: ghostwritten research plans / abstracts / papers / defense slides, and award or advancement prediction. These are red lines, not locked premium features.
